Vybond is an American manufacturer of specialty adhesive tapes and bonding solutions. Formerly the Specialty Tapes division of Berry Global, Vybond became an independent company in 2025, backed by Nautic Partners. The company manufactures tapes under five brand families; Adchem, Ludlow, Nashua, Patco, and Polyken, from three U.S. production facilities.
Vybond manufactures adhesive tapes for aerospace, automotive, medical, HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration), building and construction, general industrial, pipeline, packaging, and specialty markets.
Vybond tapes are manufactured entirely in the United States, at facilities in Franklin, KY; Riverhead, NY; and Bristol, RI.
Vybond's product range includes duct tape, foil tape, double-coated tape, double-sided tape, transfer tape, specialty film tape, single- and double-coated foam tapes, PE film tape, and specialty backing tapes.
Yes. Vybond was previously the Specialty Tapes division of Berry Global, Inc. In 2025, the division became an independent company under the Vybond name, backed by private equity firm Nautic Partners. All legacy brands, products, and manufacturing facilities remain under Vybond.
